However, it was later revealed that the dog had only been left alone for two hours while the family attended a wedding. The Pune Municipal Corporation’s Fire Brigade stepped in to investigate and confirmed that the dog had not been abandoned. Spokesperson Nilesh Mahajan urged the public not to spread false information and reassured everyone that the dog was not in any danger.
