Following the MP’s orders, the inspector in-charge of the local police station where the incident occurred was suspended. Additionally, strict measures were enforced against the driver-owner of the hotel involved in the matter. MP Mohol made it clear that such behavior tarnishing Pune’s reputation will not be tolerated.
In a related development, the Shivajinagar police station swiftly took action by apprehending five individuals seen consuming alcohol in the early hours at L3 club on FC Road in Pune. These arrests and MP Mohol’s firm stance highlight the city’s dedication to upholding its image and cracking down on illegal drug and alcohol consumption.
