The mysterious case of a woman police constable jumping into the Indrayani River in Alandi has left the authorities puzzled. Anushka Suhas Kedar, a 20-year-old constable, reportedly called a friend before taking the drastic step, but the reason behind her decision remains unknown.

Anushka, who was stationed at the Pune Rural Police Force’s Headquarters, went missing for two days before jumping off a bridge into the river. Despite efforts by the police, her body has not been found yet due to heavy rainfall and rising river levels.

The search for Anushka has now extended to Ujani Dam, with multiple agencies involved in the operation. The Alandi Police, Alandi Fire Brigade, and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) are all working together to locate her.

The family of the missing constable is also clueless about the motive behind her actions, adding to the mystery of the case. As the search continues, the authorities are hoping for a breakthrough to unravel the truth behind Anushka’s tragic decision.
