Pune, November 16, 2024: In a shocking turn of events, the Pune Police have filed a hefty 242-page charge sheet against Aditya Avinash Sood and Ashish Satish Mittal in connection with the Kalyani Nagar Porsche incident. The two individuals, residents of Ghorpadi and Viman Nagar respectively, are accused of tampering with the blood sample of a minor involved in the tragic accident that claimed the lives of two young IT engineers in May earlier this year.

The incident, which took place on the 19th of May, resulted in a fatal collision caused by a speeding car in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area. The minor son of builder Vishal Agarwal was driving the vehicle at the time and was subsequently detained by the police. It was later discovered that the minor and his two friends had consumed alcohol prior to the accident and were taken to Sassoon General Hospital for a medical examination. Shockingly, it was revealed that their blood samples had been tampered with.

Following an extensive investigation, it was uncovered that builder Vishal Agarwal, his wife Shivani, Arun Kumar Singh, Dr. Ajay Taware, and Dr. Shrihari Halanore from Sassoon Hospital, along with Aditya Sood and Ashish Mittal, were all involved in the manipulation of the blood samples. Subsequently, a case was registered against them.

In a recent development, the Supreme Court denied the anticipatory bail plea of Arun Kumar Singh, who had gone into hiding following the incident but later surrendered to the police. Aditya Sood and Ashish Mittal were also arrested after evidence conclusively linked them to the tampering of the blood samples.

This case has sent shockwaves through the community and serves as a stark reminder of the importance of upholding the integrity of evidence in legal matters. As the legal proceedings unfold, the families of the victims and the accused await justice to be served.
