In a disturbing incident in Pune’s Pirangut area, a pet dog was allegedly killed by its owner by hanging it from a tree. The Paud Police registered a case after a graphic image of the incident started circulating on social media. The accused, a local farmer, claimed that the dog had become violent and uncontrollable.
