Hey there, folks! It’s another day in Daund, but unfortunately, there’s some disturbing news coming out of Malad village. Reports are coming in that a teacher at a local school has been accused of assaulting girls from the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. And that’s not all – he allegedly blackmailed the victims as well. Shocking, right?
This English teacher apparently used WhatsApp video calls and other sneaky tactics to get obscene images from the girls, then used them to blackmail and assault them. When the parents found out, they were understandably furious and went straight to the school authorities.
The police have stepped in and are on the case. Additional Superintendent of Police, Ramesh Chopade, is leading the investigation. They’ve seized the teacher’s phone and are grilling the school officials too. It’s a tense situation, to say the least.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time we’ve heard about such incidents in Maharashtra. Similar cases have popped up in Pune and other areas, leading to widespread criticism of the Police Administration and the State Government. People are getting fed up, with calls for Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, to step down.
