Big changes are happening in the Pune police department as the State Government announced the transfer of 16 Superintendents of Police and Deputy Commissioners of Police. Additional Secretary Sandeep Dhakne was the one who issued the transfer orders.
One of the major changes includes Pune Police DCP (traffic) Rohidas Pawar being appointed as the DCP in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. DCP Vikrant Deshmukh has been posted as the SP, Highway Police, Pune.
Other police officers who have been transferred to different postings include Sandeep Palve, Sandip Bhajibhakare, Vivek Masal, Sachin Gunjal, Dattaram Rathod, Vivek Pansare, Rashmi Nandedkar, Pradeep Chavan, Meena Makwana, Datta Nalawade, Raju Bhujbal, Rupali Darekar, Anita Jamadar, Lata Phad, and Vikrant Deshmukh.
