Apparently, the illegal crop was found on a plot of land behind Nitin Timble’s property on Jagtap Mala Road. The police team, along with two panch witnesses, swooped in on Group (Gat) No. 775 of the village and carried out the raid. Talk about some serious detective work!
The landowner, Mangal Dadaso Jabalkar, has been nabbed for his involvement in the illicit cultivation. The cops didn’t waste any time and have slapped him with charges under the NDPS Act. Looks like they mean business!
