Hey Pune folks, here’s the latest scoop on the Kalyani Nagar Porsche incident! It turns out that the minor accused’s blood samples were swapped to avoid a DUI charge – sneaky, right?
Today, a bail hearing was held for all the accused, including the builder Vishal Agarwal, his mom Shivani Agarwal, and two doctors from Sassoon General Hospital. Unfortunately for them, bail was denied by Special Judge U. M. Mudholkar.
The Special Public Prosecutor argued that the accused had been tampering with evidence since day one, and the court wasn’t having any of it. The Agarwal family even tried to get their hands on the Porsche Taycan back, but that request is still pending with the Juvenile Justice Board.
