Hey folks, have you been stuck in traffic on the Katraj-Kondhwa road lately? Well, it looks like there’s some good news on the horizon! The widening of the road has been a bit slow due to delays in funding, but fear not – with the Maharashtra state government releasing the much-needed funds soon, things are about to pick up speed.

The PMC officials have been out and about, inspecting the road and making plans to extend the flyover from Katraj Chowk to Gokul Nagar Chowk. However, the NHAI seems to be throwing a spanner in the works, citing delays in the flyover work at Katraj Chowk. But hey, let’s stay positive – efforts are being made to speed up land acquisition and ensure smooth traffic flow.

Speaking of smooth traffic flow, grade separators at Shatrunjay Mandir and Khadi Machine Chowk are also in the works, with plans to have them completed within the next month. And let’s not forget about the underpasses at Mauli Chowk – traffic planning is a top priority to minimize disruptions during construction.

So, hang in there, Katraj residents! Change is on the way, and soon enough, you’ll be cruising down a wider, smoother road. Keep an eye out for those construction crews and let’s all do our part to make this project a success. Stay tuned for more updates on the Katraj-Kondhwa road expansion!
