Neelam Jagtap also faced difficulties when trying to book a cab from Bharti University in Katraj to Bavdhan. Despite offering to pay extra, the driver initially hesitated and then demanded a higher fare before finally agreeing to the ride. Many passengers have reported similar incidents of drivers refusing bookings or charging exorbitant prices.
