The Rotary Club of Pune Baner and Khadki recently hosted a special ceremony to honor individuals making a difference in their communities. Dr. Aditya Gait and Shalini Makhija were recognized for their outstanding contributions to peace and social welfare, receiving the prestigious Peace Award from Rotary District 3131 Peace Committee Director, Rotarian Gauri Shikarpur.

Aparna Panse, Head of Bal Kalyan Sanstha, also received a special award for her significant work with differently-abled individuals. The event was organized by the Rotary Club Baner and Khadki, with Tripti Jadhav leading the proceedings.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Co-Director Rotarian Snehal Bhat from the Rotary Peace Committee, Baner Rotary Club President Aniruddha Joshi, and Khadki Rotary Club President Rotarian Seema Bedekar.
