Punit Balan Group, led by President Punit Balan, has made a generous contribution to the employees of Bandhavgarh National Park in Madhya Pradesh. The group has gifted a life insurance policy cover worth Rs 8.5 crore for 15 years to 1,100 employees who work tirelessly to protect the wildlife in the park.

Bandhavgarh National Park, a popular destination for wildlife tourism, covers 716 sq km and was declared a National Park in 1968. It was also included in Project Tiger in 1993. Punit Balan, who has a passion for wildlife and nature, had previously donated 20 leaf blower machines to the park to help in combating wildfires.

The employees of the park, who put their lives at risk every day, were grateful for the life insurance cover provided by Punit Balan Group. The announcement was made during a recent programme attended by various forest officials and members of the community.
