Hey folks, shocking news has emerged in Pune! It turns out that one of the accused Rohingyas, Mujammil Mohammad Amin Khan, not only illegally stayed in India but also built his own house in Pune’s Dehu Road area. Khan, who completed his ‘Maulana Course’ in Myanmar, shifted to Bangladesh in 2012 before crossing the border into India in 2013 with his second wife and child.

Struggling to find work, Khan started selling kids’ clothes and later got involved in the betel nut business. He even purchased a plot of land from a local resident, Chandrabhaga Kamble, without submitting any documents. Living in Pune for about a decade, Khan managed to obtain fake Aadhar cards and an Indian passport, pretending to be an Indian citizen.

However, in July, the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad raided Khan’s house and arrested him along with another suspect, Shahid alias Sohiddul Sheikh. Both were alleged to be living in India illegally with their wives. The police seized their identity documents and passports, and the case is still pending in court.

It’s a wild story that highlights the challenges and complexities of illegal immigration. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing case in Pune!
