Hey there, folks! Today we have some unfortunate news coming out of the Nanded City area of Sinhagad Road in Khadakwasla. A speeding car driven by Santosh Shivaji Gaikwad caused a serious accident that resulted in injuries to a woman riding a two-wheeler.
It all went down on Wednesday afternoon near DC Mall when Gaikwad lost control of his vehicle and collided with several others on the road. The woman on the two-wheeler was the first to bear the brunt of the impact and is currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
Witnesses were understandably upset by the incident and took matters into their own hands by physically assaulting Gaikwad before the police arrived on the scene. The Haveli police wasted no time in taking Gaikwad into custody for further investigation.
As the injured woman receives medical care, Gaikwad is gearing up to face legal consequences pending the results of his medical examination. Authorities are working hard to get to the bottom of what caused Gaikwad to lose control of his car and are considering additional charges against him.
