Hey there, Pune peeps! Big news coming your way – the Maharashtra state government is not messing around when it comes to justice. They’ve given the green light for criminal prosecution against doctors at Sassoon Hospital who allegedly tampered with blood samples in the Porsche car accident case.

So, who’s in the hot seat? Well, it looks like the former head of the hospital’s Forensic Department, Dr. Ajay Taware, Chief Medical Officer of the Emergency Room, Dr. Shreehari Halnor, and wardboy Atul Ghatakamble are facing the heat. These guys are accused of altering blood samples to cover up evidence in the high-profile accident case.

The Medical Education Department has given the nod for this prosecution, and the approval letter was handed over to Special Judge U.M. Mudholkar’s court by special public prosecutor Shishir Hire. Looks like things are about to get real for these seven accused individuals, including the Agarwal couple and the Sassoon Hospital doctors.

In case you’re not up to speed, this whole mess started on the night of 18th May in Kalyani Nagar when a minor driving a Porsche ended up taking the lives of a young man and woman on a two-wheeler. Allegations started flying that the blood samples of the minor driver and his buddies were tampered with before their medical examination.

Now, a nine-hundred-page charge sheet has been filed against the accused, including builder Vishal Agarwal, Shivani Agarwal, Dr. Ajay Taware, Dr. Shreehari Halnor, Ashpak Makandar, and Amar Gaikwad. Looks like justice is finally catching up with those who thought they could get away with messing with evidence.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story, Pune. Justice is on the horizon!
