Reliance Brands Ltd. (RBL) is making waves in the retail industry once again with the launch of a new Superdry store in Pune. The brand-new store, located at the Phoenix Mall of the Millennium in Wakad, offers a spacious retail space of 2,437 square feet for shoppers to explore.
The news of the store opening was shared on social media by RBL, who expressed their excitement about bringing Superdry’s iconic style to Pune. The store caters to both men and women, offering a wide range of products including outerwear, t-shirts, shirts, swimwear, shoes, fragrances, and accessories.
RBL has been the exclusive franchise partner for Superdry in India since 2012, overseeing the brand’s rapid expansion to over 200 points of sale across more than 50 Indian cities. Superdry, known for its unique blend of vintage American styling and Japanese-inspired graphics, boasts a global presence with over 740 branded stores in 61 countries.
In a recent development, RBL has signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture with Superdry PLC, acquiring the brand’s intellectual property assets for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. This new partnership solidifies RBL’s commitment to managing the brand’s operations in these regions.
