Hey there, Pune peeps! As we bid adieu to our beloved Bappa during Ganesh Visarjan, it’s heartbreaking to hear about the tragic incidents that took place in our city. Three lives were lost during the immersion process, as reported by Sassoon General Hospital.
The victims have been identified as Nayan Dhoke (27), Vishal Ballal (35), and a 45-year-old man, whose names have not been disclosed yet. These incidents occurred at different locations in Pune – Laxmi Road, Tilak Road, and near Kasba Ganpati Mandir.
Currently, post-mortems are underway at Sassoon Hospital to determine the exact causes of death. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and loved ones of the deceased during this difficult time. Stay safe, Pune!
