Hey Baner residents, some temporary traffic changes are coming your way! Construction on the Pune Metro’s Shivajinagar-Hinjawadi line is kicking off between Mauli Petrol Pump and Mahabaleshwar Chowk, which means some adjustments are necessary to keep things running smoothly.
Starting now until 6 AM on Monday, traffic from Pallod Farm to Vidhate Chowk will be closed, so plan accordingly. If you usually travel from Tamhane Chowk to Kapil Malhar Chowk along Baner Road, you’ll need to find an alternative route as well.
Deputy Commissioner of Police for the Traffic Branch, Amol Zende, is advising drivers to seek out different routes to avoid any delays. So, be prepared for a bit of a change in your daily commute and stay safe out there!
