Hey Pune folks, listen up! If you’re planning on driving through the Hadapsar area in the next couple of weeks, you might want to pay attention to some temporary traffic changes that are being implemented starting today until 1st March.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Amol Zende from Pune Police’s Traffic Branch has given the green light to these changes in an effort to make traffic flow smoother in the area. If you have any objections or suggestions, make sure to drop them off at the Traffic Branch Office in Yerawada.
So, what are these changes, you ask? Here’s the lowdown:
– Magarpatta Chowk is going to be closed temporarily for some modifications.
– Say goodbye to the U-turn at Magarpatta Chowk, because now you’ll have to make a U-turn at Vaiduwadi Chowk instead.
– If you’re coming from Mega Centre, make sure to take that U-turn from beneath the flyover.
– Traveling from Hadapsar to Magarpatta? Hop on the flyover.
– The signal at Magarpatta Chowk is getting turned off, and the road under the flyover from Hadapsar to Magarpatta will be shut.
– And don’t forget, if you’re heading from Magarpatta towards Pune, use the flyover.
But wait, there’s more! Here are a few other modifications to keep in mind:
– If you’re driving towards the Magarpatta Police Post on Magarpatta-Kharadi Road, take a left 150 meters ahead and make a U-turn at the puncture in front of Mohan Dhariya Paryavaran Garden.
– Heading from Raskar Chowk to Magarpatta City Police Post/Seasons Mall? Turn right at the junction, make a U-turn at the Amanora Mall signal, and keep on truckin’.
– And lastly, if you’re leaving Amanora Mall and need to turn right, go left first and then make a U-turn near Pizza Hut.
