Yerwada was rocked by tragedy on Monday, as a young man lost his life in a fatal accident. 23-year-old Aditya Pramod Sawant was involved in a collision with a road divider on Commerzone IT Park Road in the early hours of the morning.
The incident took place at around 12:30 am, leaving Aditya with severe injuries that ultimately proved fatal. Hailing from Panchal Building on Alandi Road in Kalas, Aditya was known to be speeding at the time of the crash, causing him to lose control of his bike.
Assistant Police Inspector Vishal Takle has filed a complaint at the Yerwada Police Station following the tragic accident. Despite the swift arrival of police personnel at the scene, Aditya tragically passed away before he could receive medical attention.
