In a tragic incident in Pune, a two-and-a-half-year-old girl lost her life after being hit by a speeding car driven by a woman without a valid license. The heartbreaking accident took place near Deva Hotel in Jadhav Nagar, Vadgaon Budruk on Monday afternoon.

According to the victim’s father, Siddharam Shrimant Gurubasgol, his daughter was playing outside their home when a Santro car struck her, causing severe injuries that ultimately led to her death.

The driver, identified as Manisha Suraj Shedge, was driving recklessly and at high speed, in violation of traffic rules. Shedge, who resides in Maulikunj Society in Jadhav Nagar, was fully aware that she did not have a valid license at the time of the incident.

Police reports confirm that Shedge will face legal action under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for her role in the tragic accident. Authorities are emphasizing the importance of responsible driving and the serious consequences of driving without a valid license.
