Unfortunately, the balcony’s low parapet wall height of 3.5 feet caused Deshmukh to lose his balance and fall to his death.

The police have spoken to Deshmukh’s cousin, who confessed to pushing him during the altercation. However, investigators believe that the cousin did not intend to kill Deshmukh and that the tragic outcome was an unintended consequence of the push.
