The Bundgarden police are now on the case, and they’ve registered a complaint against a female lawyer for supposedly pushing the businessman to the edge. The businessman’s wife is not having any of it and has filed a complaint against the lawyer.
According to the police, the businessman decided to end it all by hanging himself on January 9. The female lawyer, who happens to be married to a judge, was at the lodge when it happened. The plot thickens, my friends.
It seems like this professional relationship turned personal real quick. The complaint suggests that the lawyer was pressuring the businessman to ditch his family for her. She even went as far as threatening to arrange a marriage between their kids. Drama, drama, drama.
To add fuel to the fire, the businessman apparently owed the lawyer a whopping Rs 30 lakh. When he couldn’t cough up the cash, she demanded his flat in the Sus area be transferred to her. Talk about a twisted situation.
On the day of the incident, the lawyer reportedly dragged the businessman to the lodge near Pune station and gave him an ultimatum. Leave your family or else. And sadly, he chose the latter. The businessman hanged himself with the lawyer right there.
