Hey there, Pune peeps! We’ve got some sad news coming out of the Yerwada area. A 16-year-old girl named Tanisha Shantaram Manore was found hanging in Sevak Chowk, Laxmi Nagar. But that’s not all – her friend, who was with her, ended up getting drunk and passing out.
According to Sr PI Ravindra Shelke, the girls had been drinking together and ended up vomiting from the alcohol. They even called up a 16-year-old boy they knew and went to his house. And that’s where things took a tragic turn – Tanisha hanged herself while at his place.
The boy discovered her and quickly called for help, getting her to Sassoon Hospital. Unfortunately, it was too late and the doctors couldn’t save her. The reason behind her suicide is still unknown, and her body has been sent for a post-mortem.
It’s a heartbreaking story that serves as a reminder to always look out for our friends and loved ones. Stay safe out there, Pune.
