The vibrant and talented special children of Katraj stole the spotlight at the ‘Udaan’ event held at Annabhau Sathe Auditorium on Pune-Satara Road. With over 150 participants showcasing their unique abilities, the program, organized by NGO Youth The Power to Change, aimed to boost confidence and provide a platform for special students.

Sayali Agavane, a professional Kathak dancer, expressed her joy at being able to teach and empower children with disabilities like her. She emphasized the importance of creating awareness about people with disabilities through events like Udaan.

Tabla player and teacher Dattatreya Bhave praised the event for inspiring his students and helping them break barriers. Founder Rohan Shetty highlighted the NGO’s continuous efforts in organizing various activities for special children and their families throughout the year.

Among the distinguished guests present were Adv. Nikhil Limaye, Atul Dave, Mangesh Agawane, Rashmi Nair, Vijayalaxmi Shetty, Juie Bhagat, Ismail Momin, Vinit Andre, Adv. Yogiraj Pawar, Akash Bulgir, Ganesh Patil, Rajlaxmi Nimbalkar, and Paulomi Nimbalkar.

The event was a true celebration of talent, diversity, and inclusivity, showcasing the incredible abilities of special children in Katraj.
