The Mohammadwadi – Undri Residents Welfare Development Foundation (MURWDF) recently met with two candidates from the Purandar constituency ahead of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Elections. Mamta Shivtare from Shiv Sena and Sambaji Zende from NCP listened to residents’ concerns and committed to addressing issues such as the lack of a Development Plan for Undri, water supply problems, sewage infrastructure issues, power outages, and poor road conditions. The residents presented a Citizen’s Manifesto outlining these concerns and urged the candidates to take action. The MURWDF team plans to continue engaging with candidates and local authorities to improve infrastructure and living conditions in the area.
