- The well-marked low-pressure system over the east-central Arabian Sea has led to light to moderate rainfall in the region, prompting the IMD to issue a yellow alert for several areas, including Pune district.
- The yellow alert will remain in effect until October 13, with rain expected to persist until October 15 according to weather experts.
