Hey there, Pune folks! Looks like things got a little out of hand at Hotel Local Bar in Mundhwa recently. A clash between two groups left three youths injured and the cops wasted no time in sealing the place up. Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar is not messing around, warning all hotels and bars that any disturbances will result in serious consequences, like losing their licenses.

The brawl went down at 11:15 AM on January 31 at Hotel Local Bar on ABC Road in Mundhwa. The police got involved after Constable Deepak Uttamrao Kadam filed a complaint at Mundhwa police station. The case has been registered against some guys from Malad, Mumbai and another dude from Viman Nagar.

Rahul, Rohit, and Ritik ended up getting hurt during the fight and were taken to Sassoon Hospital for treatment. But they didn’t bother coming back to file a formal complaint. A video of the whole thing went viral on social media, which caught the attention of the police. They checked out the CCTV footage at Hotel Local Bar and found out that the fight started over a video someone was recording on their phone. Things escalated quickly between 5 to 6 guys from each group.

Both groups have had cases registered against them and the State Excise Department has sealed up Hotel Local Bar. Deputy Commissioner of Police Dr. Rajkumar Shinde is even working on cancelling the food license for the place. Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar is not playing around, giving a serious warning to all the hotels and bars in the area. He’s made it clear that any repeat offenders will face the same fate, losing their licenses for good. Stay safe out there, Pune!
