Hey Pune folks, brace yourselves for a water supply disruption coming your way! The leakage in front of Swargate Metro Station is causing some major issues, and as a result, the PMC has decided to halt water supply on Thursday (25th July). And if that wasn’t enough, there might be some delayed or low-pressure water supply on Friday (26th July) as well.
Nandakishore Jagtap, the Chief Engineer of the Water Supply and Pumping Department at PMC, has listed out the areas that will be affected by this water supply cut-off. So if you live in Shankar Sheth Road, Guruwar Peth, Budhwar Peth, or any of the other areas mentioned, make sure to use water carefully and cooperate with the PMC during this time.
So mark your calendars, Puneites, and get ready to face a day or two without proper water supply. Let’s all do our part to make sure this issue gets resolved as quickly as possible!
