Pune residents are facing a water crisis despite promises made by the Canal Committee. Areas like Kothrud, Erandwane, Gokhalenagar, and Wadarwadi are experiencing low water pressure and reduced supply timings. BJP spokesperson Sandeep Khardekar has filed a complaint with the municipal commissioner, demanding immediate action.

Students in Erandwane are frustrated with the slow water flow, causing delays in their daily routine. Working women in Kothrud are also struggling to collect water on time, impacting their work schedule. Housewives in Gokhalenagar and Wadarwadi are facing similar challenges, with tasks like bathing and cooking being affected.

Residents have raised complaints and threatened to protest if the situation is not rectified promptly. Despite the growing concerns, the head of PMC’s water department, Nandkishor Jagtap, has not provided any comments on the issue. As the outcry continues, citizens are calling on authorities to address the water supply problems immediately to avoid further inconvenience.
