The 21-year-old woman wasted no time and quickly filed a complaint at Swargate Police Station. The accused, a 25-year-old man named Krushna Baburao Sawant, has quite the rap sheet with attempted murder charges and violence-related charges against him at different police stations.
According to reports, the woman was out shopping with a friend in the Camp area when the incident occurred. While waiting for a bus at Swargate Bus Stop late at night, Sawant decided to make a move on her. When she resisted, things took a violent turn, leaving her seriously injured. Thankfully, some brave bystanders stepped in, caught Sawant, and handed him over to the authorities.
