Hey folks! Today in Shivajinagar, Pune, a dramatic incident unfolded as a young man protesting for reservation climbed onto the flyover’s wall near COEP and refused to come down. Luckily, PMC’s Fire Brigade officials swooped in to the rescue and successfully brought him to safety. Talk about a heart-pounding moment!

According to concerned citizens, the youth was making a statement by standing on the bridge wall as part of his protest. The police quickly alerted the Fire Brigade, who wasted no time in sending out rescue teams from Naidu and Kasba Peth Fire Stations. Despite pleas from the authorities, the young man remained steadfast in his position on the bridge.

With the situation escalating, the Fire Brigade sprang into action and with the efforts of a dedicated team, including Karim Pathan, Akash Dumble, Vijay Pinjan, and others, they were able to safely bring the protester down using a ladder. Phew, crisis averted!

After being handed over to the police, it was revealed that the youth was staging the protest in support of the Maratha reservation. The brave protester hails from Mahad, Raigad District, and certainly made a bold statement today. We hope for a peaceful resolution to the issue at hand.
